Fees & Insurance Coverage For Counseling Services

At New Hope Counseling, we strive to make relationship counseling, divorce counseling, anxiety therapy, and all of our other mental health services as accessible as possible.

We realize that without proper mental health care, it’s almost impossible to live a peaceful, happy life, or to carry on productive relationships with those we care about.

Keep reading to discover our fee schedule, and remember that if you don’t have insurance or your insurance doesn’t cover relationship counseling, we are always happy to discuss a special discounted rate for those paying cash.

Rates

$150 per session, which is 50-55 minutes

*If you do not have insurance we offer a cash rate.

Rich can accept the following insurance companies:

Blue Cross/Blue Shield

TriCare
TriCare West
United Health Care UHC/UBH
Zelis Healthcare

*All are PPO plans. HMO plans can only be used if they are in the Advocate Network

*Any other insurance coverage will be billed out of network

Payment

We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and HSA plans, as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are emergencies with work, children, and sickness and that sometimes you can't give more than a few hours notice. However, if you are unable to attend a session, please try to let us know at least 24 hours beforehand so we can fill that time.
